Qantas site a mess

I'm guessing the "quirk" is that your card hasn't been charged? When it gets ticketed, it will be. Best to get it sorted now, rather than when you're at the airport. You also won't be able to check-in online unless it's ticketed.

The card was charged promptly and it’s a reward booking. QF metal.

If I can access my flight via Manage My Booking and select seats etc, should I worry that I haven’t received an eTicket? The “resend my Itinerary” button won’t work either.

Due to a “quirk” in my favour, I don’t want to call.
See if you can find a ticket number using this: checkmytrip - login

Serfty, thanks for the link. All my details look correct, have seat numbers and “confirmed” next to each flight segment. But, no actual ticket number like 13 digit number on a qantas eTicket.

Safe to consider ticketed and good to go?

Strike that....checked another booking and it does have eTicket numbers listed.

Still waiting for about 500 Red planet points
+ 1, I’m currently missing approx 800 points from red planet.

Points not posting for Qantas Assure, Qantas Mall and JQ flights after 45 days.

The recent update, has been poorly executed.

I swear my points balance changed overnight by perhaps a few hundred which could be the missing red planet points. But there is no new items in the activity statement.

In other (ominous) news, the Using Points Calculator is now being "updated" and is unavailable.

Maybe they are going to show the charges on there too now...

Using Chrome I just went to look up a flight and got the following message:

'We can't find a matching location for 'Melbourne'

Really? o_O

It's OK on Firefox & Safari.

Just done a quick check and can see that there may be changes in required points for example if you use the flight search for an award a one way MEL- Moscow in J on the 12th October is showing as being 112000 points and $652.00 on EK where as if you use the Where could I go feature MEL to Moscow is showing as requiring 146000 points and $695.00.

Wonder why it is taking so long for the Calculator to be updated?

It seems the 'where could I go' feature is throwing up the same error as the multi-city. Whereby, it is adding points for all individual legs of the flights rather then combining them (where you transit an airport) based on the distance based award chart.

Alas the points that credited were from my credit card. Still missing Red Planet points.
Maybe if we all start lodging contact us requests on the portal they will look into it

Still no QF Credit Cards points crediting 4 days after they should have... not a biggie but... annoying

Is this from the Qantas Premier Card? Points that usually credited on the same day as statement issue have at this point still not landed in the account 5 business days later. Assure points are also not crediting.

I noticed this error with Multi City bookings this week when doing a dummy booking with current release dates to check the likely release of seats I will want to book in the next few months. Previously when I had looked at ZRH-LHR connecting with LHR-SYD all with BA in J the total points came out as 139,000 but now it is showing as 18,000 + 139,000 with 157,000 points being shown for these flights. If I proceeded to book online using Multi City does anyone know if it likely the points would revert to 139,000 when you finalise the booking with this Multi City error or would I have to call up?
