Qantas site a mess

My points for travel on several OneWorld carriers made over 3 weeks ago still have not appeared!

Which ones? QR ( per usual) and JL (although only 10 days) for me. BA and CX posted promptly.

I claimed QR before the site enhancement screw up so I suppose I'll have to chase them again:rolleyes:. Is JL often late, does anyone know? Claimed for them just now.

My 2 cousins did a family transfer which both appreared in my account and now one cousins’ points have gone off my account and have not gone back to his.

I've put in claim for last week's flight from Brisbane to Narita. Both travel companions have landed on their accounts. Also missing points from Accor transfer. What a continuing mess.

I made a domestic booking this morning and at the payment page it moved to "Do not refresh or close your browser. You payment is being processed". It just sat there so I kept waiting obediently following the instructions not to take any action. It went on and on with no change. When the email with my ticket attached arrived I decided the payment had probably been processed. I checked my bank and it was showing on the card as pending so I decided to refresh the browser on the as yet unconfirmed booking. The refresh took me back to the payment page. The site improvements have certainly made things more reliable - not.

We should start working on a name for this debarcle.
How about
"The Website Enhancement of 2018"
"Simpler & Fairer Website"
"New Revolutionary Website"
Combination of the above

Same thing happened to me. I didn't know whether my booking had gone through and I was in the midst of booking a weeks stay at an Accor hotel (non refundable) during their 50% sale which was ending in a couple of hours. I even rang the credit card company to see if they could see the pending credit card payment, which they couldn't. In the end I just took the risk on the hotel booking and was very pleased to receive my booking confirmation come through a couple of hours later. Phew!! Stressful

so I decided to refresh the browser on the as yet unconfirmed booking. The refresh took me back to the payment page.
This has happened to me with a booking, and not just QF. What needs to be done is open another window/tab/browser for Qantas MMB and see if the booking is accessible there there.

With the mail confirmation I would then simply close the purchase window/tab/browser.

You should never refresh a purchase window - as you may end up double charged.

Can finally claim missing points in QBR but still not able to transfer to QFF.

Well, mine haven't ...
I flew from Melbourne on Friday night, on what became a heavily delayed flight. No sign of points during the weekend, then was sitting in the lounge last night waiting to return, and noticed points and status credits had appeared. Got home and looked again, and noticed it was the flight home which had posted (a good 35 minutes before departure).
Still no sign of the points from Friday's flight.

Just left the f lounge and the points and Sc for my flight I’m about to take to HKG have already posted...

If I can access my flight via Manage My Booking and select seats etc, should I worry that I haven’t received an eTicket? The “resend my Itinerary” button won’t work either.

Due to a “quirk” in my favour, I don’t want to call.

I'm guessing the "quirk" is that your card hasn't been charged? When it gets ticketed, it will be. Best to get it sorted now, rather than when you're at the airport. You also won't be able to check-in online unless it's ticketed.
