Still no QF Credit Cards points crediting 4 days after they should have... not a biggie but... annoying
So now it’s just back to it’s normal not working as it should.
It staggers me how QF & VA have such poor (read glitchy) web sites as anongoing.commercially critical part of their business.
I’d probably leave it as ‘ongoing, commercially critical’ etc...Better?
I certainly have booked VA flights on occasions after giving up on the QF web site.It would cost them but how many people would say go to book Tiger flights if they can't complete the booking on QF website? Perhaps they go to Webjet or similar instead?
Yes, or when Qantas quotes us a ridiculous price for a flight to Melbourne that is not reflected in either Jetstar or Virgin. But generally Qantas have us captive for Business timing flights.I certainly have booked VA flights on occasions after giving up on the QF web site.
Fantastic, kicked from SG to PS halfway through my membership year, app showing I'm QP (I'm not), duplicate zero value expired points transactions backdated into my transaction summary, and calls today to the FF number disconnect me after 5 minutes or so in the queue...
Top notch IT Qantas
Annoyed enough that Air NZ you're about to get 3k of bookings instead...
Yes, a pet beef of mine. You do a Multi-city, the site gives you cities to select from, you pick your date, click the button and ERROR. We are unable to ....blah blah. And yet you go in, break the itinerary up over separate bookings and Bob's your Uncle!I’d be happy if it would stop throwing up unbookable flight combinations.
That's been going on for a long time and I suspect our inconvenience is not high on the list.I’d be happy if it would stop throwing up unbookable flight combinations.

... and the multi-city ones are the ones that often cannot be booked.Another pet peeve of mine is the Domestic to International connections on a one-way/return booking always seem very short and you can't change it to a different domestic connection unless you use multi-city.
Agreed. That's been going on for a long time and I suspect our inconvenience is not high on the list.
The one that gets me is showing a business class award for LHR-PEL-MEL-SYD where from flight LHR-PER will be in economy and your flight from PER-MEL will be in economy.
Which warped mind thinks this is acceptable to display as a business class award?
I generally book the short connections on offer and call before midnight to change to the connecting flight I want.Another pet peeve of mine is the Domestic to International connections on a one-way/return booking always seem very short and you can't change it to a different domestic connection unless you use multi-city.
The other one is getting charged the Contact Centre booking/change fee when calling is the only option because the website lacks basic functionality. Sometimes they waive it but not often enough.
My Red Planet points from last week's surveys have all posted, so not sure you should wait too long.So I am missing some Red Planet points (some have posted but some missing also) and some other promotion points by Qantas.
Should I wait another week or so before perusing them?
Some have and some haven't but its hard to work out which ones that I only got 15pts (not so worried about those). But I did finally complete one for 250 points and 15 mins of my time so would like those. My Red Planet points from last week's surveys have all posted, so not sure you should wait too long.
Mine still haven't, since 3 May.My Red Planet points from last week's surveys have all posted, so not sure you should wait too long.
