I don't think a thread has already been started, but anyone else going to the SIN F1?

Back up to the $630 odd mark, still a lot better than direct booking.

Be patient. Don't be concerned it can take up to 24 hours.

I booked too for a friend on Wednesday, the taxes have gone through on her CC but not the main payment and her bank says still pending, we have the confirmation email with a booking number and nothing is appearing in her FF account either yet, fingers crossed for Monday

It is the early hours on Friday in Brazil, so it may yet come through "this week"

I booked two flights on .br about an hour ago.
No confirmation email and the flights haven't appeared in My Bookings yet despite me providing my QFF number.

Should I be worried ? Or are things pretty kick back over in Brazil ?

From my experience, confirmation email received & flights appeared in My Bookings right after I made payment. Did you see the itinerary number after you made booking?

Oops forgot to book anything. Not that I have time to go away anyway :(

I got my confirmation emails from Expedia, and can log into my QFF account to see the flight there.
Is there a place to get the e-ticket from QF? It all seems to be good but want to make sure it's 'confirmed' before booking further flights / accommodation etc.

Use the Qantas PNR at www.checkmytrip.com, the eticket number will show in the printed summary.

As per previous posts I booked for a friend and her husband last Wednesday, just checked her QFF and no bookings there yet ! Her taxes had gone through on her cc but not the main payment on Friday...I am presuming this is the hold up...anyone had anything like that happen ...now I am starting to worry. We do have the expedia booking number and an email from them but just wondering what else we can do...any help appreciated

Have you checked the Expedia website, it will show the ticket number in the booking if its done, along with the Qantas PNR

Thanks mate, got em.

I couldn't see (probably wasn't looking in the right place) an e-ticket number on expedia's site despite having the PNR.

As an aside, when I was booking one of the guys, I tried using my 28° card. It came back as failed, so I used a different card and it worked ok. I did however get a call from GE's Fraud team about it, and they said there were some transactions still pending from Expedia's side, so I'm not sure - it seems like it's kindof half gone through or something?

Any idea if I have to call Expedia Brazil, or if a local (English speaking) contact center could help?

Thanks Markis, will have to wait till tomorrow in the office, I know she has her Expedia Booking number, I think I will have to check her emails as well as her English is a bit limited ...by the way everyone talks about looking at Expedia through Chrome, I just did that but could not see much difference on the Expedia site and wondering why that was suggested ?

Try using the American number

From memory, Expedia do a $1 charge, a charge for accommodation, then a charge for QF is done.

As someone said before, please check your spam.

Edit, sorry, ignore my comment. I think just because it's the Mother's day ^_^

You need to click Translate on the bar that appears at the top of the window. It'll translate the page from BP to "english".
