Because the original post only said "it applied to existing bookings" then I assumed it didn't apply to bookings made after the announcement. ie it only applied retrospectively. My bad.

You said it applied to flights already booked. I think you need to settle down, this is just an internet forum where lots of points are raised and discussed. No need to get completely frustrated, a corrective statement would suffice.

I read the comment that it applied to existing bookings in the context of previous promotions where they exclude existing bookings. That is, a comment on the unusual nature of the promotion applying to existing bookings in addition to the normal new bookings.

The OP in the thread makes it clear that it includes both.

In regards to double SC promotions, each promotion we do has different criteria for segmentation so I can't tell you exactly why you have not received one yet. Maybe you'll get it next time........
