I don’t think we still have 5000 points between us.Get a family member to transfer 5000 to you and you can transfer 5026 back to them.

Maybe you need a 'family' member.I don’t think we still have 5000 points between us.
So what to do with the 26 Velocity points I still have?
@straitman can I be the above?Maybe you need a 'family' member.

Love it - insightful stuffMy company runs status match validation technology & intelligence for airlines.
Here is what I will share:
1) Validating your Velocity status is simple. Many methods to achieve this.
2) Our co runs a 'global loyalty match' list, which effectively is a database is people who have status matched from where, and when.
3) Customer lifetime value is a metric Qantas and other airlines use to determine your future value. Many factors play into this score. Qantas may buy data from third parties to build a profile on you -even if you've never flown with Qantas. Think Taylor Fry.
4) Qantas has some ability to know when you fly with Virgin even if you never tell them.
Loyalty isn't just some fluffy marketing program to make you feel good. It's straight-up data warfare, and you're the product.
Those that were status matched from VA will not get a soft landing. So we're hoping for an extension.Qatar will probably extend your Platinum status for free.
Even if they don't - they do soft landings to Gold... (I think?)
For anyone thinking of applying to this Qantas thing - just remember - airlines may not say it, but generally it's a ONE-TIME-THING.
Only apply if you plan to never ever ask Qantas for a status match ever again!
Yes, the request for more info just landed in my inbox 15 mins ago.has anyone who submitted an EOI heard back from QF yet?
as far as the Qatar status match went thru (with us Virgin refugees at the time), this question was asked many times.Yes, the request for more info just landed in my inbox 15 mins ago.
Asking for a photo of my current flyer card with the detail visible and an 18 month activity statement.
Anyone know how to get the activity statement out other than just taking screenshots?
18 month activity statement
Print to PDF via chrome should workYes, the request for more info just landed in my inbox 15 mins ago.

Unfortunately that view doesn't provide enough info, the statement has to, "contain the statement month and year, membership number, name and tier status" and the activity view printed as a PDF doesn't have all that info unfortunately.Print to PDF via chrome should work
