Qantas to launch in-depth partnership with Accor ALL

ALL points hit my QFF account. So 7 days since my stay.
Dont think the amount received is correct, as i spent $330 , so shouldve received 990 QFF points.

which numbers?
Sorry, I meant: How do the number of Qantas points compare to the room charges?

It's advertised as "3 points per dollar" and that could mean USD but I think given it's Qantas, for am Asia-Pacific-only partnership, it should be taken as AUD.

However, my stay earned equal to 3 points per EUR, based on the room rate exGST converted to EUR. And to confirm this, my Qantas points are right on 1.2x my Accor points for the same stay, where Novotels earn 2.5 points per EUR.

So I think I should have earned substantially more Qantas points. And if the problem is systemic I think it should be brought to Qantas' attention.

I brought this to Qantas' attention and they have confirmed there was an error where Qantas points were being awarded based on Euros spent instead of AUD. They are now working on fixing this and it should be resolved in the coming weeks. Once it is resolved, anyone who was shortchanged on points will receive the remaining points owed automatically.

Details here:

Great! Thanks for this. I wanted it fixed on principle but it's so painful talking to QFF I did not look forward to it.

I wonder when this was fixed. I hadn’t been paying any attention to last weekend’s stay but just went and had a look and correct QF points have been allocated

I just received this email and my rewards points balance is now 0.

Your automatic Reward points conversion request has now been confirmed

I did not request this. Is this a result of having linked my account to Qantas?
This email appeared for me overnight too and my points are gone.

Worse still, they haven't landed in my QF account.

Not happy.

EDIT: I've logged this with ALL Customer Care and have been advised they will respond via email before the end of the day.

All these gremlins.....the partnership was originally slated for July.
Perhaps no one working in IT on these small issues during lockdown.

I've now apparently been gifted a Qantas Premium Wine membership as a result of the Accor partnership. I actually find this pretty annoying as I don't drink and have deliberately turned off the Qantas Wine emails, I'm guessing me getting this Premium membership is probably going to start filling my inbox again with attempts to get me to buy booze.
I did notice this was a benefit but I expected to be given the option to take it up, not have it thrust upon me.

So I emailed Kathleen the Accor Member Relations Executive.

"Could you let me know why I am not getting the correct number of points as stated in the T&Cs for this cross-company promo as a ALL Diamond & QFF Platinum. I should be getting 3 x QFF Points per $1 AUD spent with Accor. It looks to me like I’m getting 3 points per 1 x EUR spent."

Reply:
"We have been advised that Qantas is working on this at the moment."

Would you mind sending me her details via PM. The responses so far about my missing points have been unsatisfactory.

They claim I requested the transfer to QF.

There’s two problems with their claim:

1. I linked the accounts from the QF side. You can’t request a points transfer from that side.

2. None of the allegedly transferred points have turned up in my QF account.
