12 ALL points are worth about 37 cents by my calculations. Hardly seems worthwhile, but better than nothing I guess?

Well, I had ALL points due to expire in March, now expiry shows as Dec 2022 after my 15 points for last Wednesday's $99 fare posted overnight.Literally not even covering the cost of your time to link them
I’m pleased to report this has been resolved. This email appeared for me overnight too and my points are gone.
Worse still, they haven't landed in my QF account.
Not happy.
EDIT: I've logged this with ALL Customer Care and have been advised they will respond via email before the end of the day.

Would you mind sending me her details via PM. The responses so far about my missing points have been unsatisfactory.
They claim I requested the transfer to QF.
There’s two problems with their claim:
1. I linked the accounts from the QF side. You can’t request a points transfer from that side.
2. None of the allegedly transferred points have turned up in my QF account.
So I emailed Kathleen the Accor Member Relations Executive.
"Could you let me know why I am not getting the correct number of points as stated in the T&Cs for this cross-company promo as a ALL Diamond & QFF Platinum. I should be getting 3 x QFF Points per $1 AUD spent with Accor. It looks to me like I’m getting 3 points per 1 x EUR spent."
Reply:
"We have been advised that Qantas is working on this at the moment."
I had success by escalting via Flying Blue to get the accounts unlinked instead of going via All.Has anyone had any luck unlinking their ALL account from AF/KLM so they can sign up to the QF program?
I lodged a request to ALL back in mid Nov. They sent it to the tech dept (ie IT interns) and the sounds of crickets since.
The irony is in in the meantime, FlyingBlue extended the handful of miles I had with them until the end of this year and a couple of recent Accor stays have bolstered them to something almost useable.
Yeah, I think I saw your (someone else) comment that they’d done that. I did look everywhere over on FlyingBlue a few weeks ago to see if there was a way to unlink but nothing leapt out at me.I had success by escalting via Flying Blue to get the accounts unlinked instead of going via All.
I contacted Customer Care via this link:Has anyone had any luck unlinking their ALL account from AF/KLM so they can sign up to the QF program?
Dear Mr. JV, Thank you for contacting ALL - Accor Live Limitless Customer care. First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Due to the current situation and the high number of requests received recently, there may be delays in processing them. Thank you for your kind understanding and patience. I am coming back to you about your request to unlink your ALL account from Flying Blue. I confirm that your ALL account and your Flying Blue account have been separated. As of today, you can no longer benefit from the advantages associated with the offer ALL & Air France KLM « Miles+Points ». Any transactions related to this offer presented to us will not be credited to your account and will be rejected. You can now subscribe to a new Privileged Airline Partner offer from our website www.all.com or from the Airline Partner website. Link your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account and the airline partner's account, making sure that the first and last names of the accounts are identical. Please note that you can only change your offer once a year. Once you link your All account to an airline frequent flyer program, you need to wait 12 months to be able to link it with a new program. Unlinking your accounts will not shorten this delay nor enable you to register another offer; you will nonetheless need to wait until the end of this 12-month period. For more information, you can consult our FAQ and the terms and conditions of our airline partners' offers on www.all.com. I remain at your entire disposal for further assistance or information. Kindest regards, |

QF points posted yesterday - received 2,748 on spend of $1,000. Probably not worth the energy chasing up the balance.
That explains it, thank youThe remainder would be GST which doesn't earn points.
i followed up with missing QFF points with Accor, and they eventually came thru.Linked my accounts in November. Had an Accor stay in January. No Qantas points posted.
Has anyone had to chase them up? Should I contact Accor or Qantas?
Just QFF points. Pretty standard for most hotel programs these days if you don’t book direct.Newbie question. Do you get ALL points on your ALL account if you book through Qantas Hotels? Or only QFF points?
Is anyone booking through corporate TA’s getting Accor / QF points or are they very strict on ‘booking direct’?
Accor Eligible Channel means an Accor distribution channel, such as the Accor website, the Accor booking office, Participating Hotels, or traditional travel agencies booking Eligible Rates on GDSs or via the Accor booking office, but does not include a reseller, tour operator or third party online travel agency such as Expedia.com or Booking.com.
I get ALL and QF points as well as status benefits on Accor bookings made through a corporate TA.
They count as "traditional travel agencies booking eligible rates via GDS" in the below definition from the ALL T&C.
