Interesting - I get an email every time a transaction is made on my Qantas Pass(es) (email subject is Transaction notification Qantas Pass) and the original email with the details on how to access the pass had the original balance:The last call was when I was told the balance was only $A100. That was when I figured out how to access my Qantas Pass account and saw the reduced balance and no transaction record.
Between these I've got a pretty good idea of the status of my passes, do you have any transaction emails?
