I received an email from Qantas today saying I'm getting a refund of $10 for a Passenger Movement Charge for which I was overcharged. They will refund to the original card. That card is dead and buried so I rang Qantas and got through to useless call centre staff who told me so many different versions of what happens next that I don't believe any of them.
Has anyone else had this type of issue? How did you get the $$?
