Latest promo sees to be Qantas frequent flyers' choices of preferred J wines: Qantas Wine

Strange choices if you ask me. Nevertheless some decent bonus point offers, including half cases lower down on the page.
 
Has anyone been able to use the $150 spend $50 off code this weekend? I can use the usual $25 birthday code but seems to error out whenever I've tried to use the $50 off code.

Ditto here, will ask the question, unless there is something in the T&Cs which doesn't allow a discount on the special offer?
 
The new December expiry $50 Christmas vouchers that they have been attaching to orders are working but it appears the credit card $50 expired a couple of days early.

Mine was the card with a previous order, though no error message was received, the discount was not applied. Waiting for the response from QF in the morning...
 
I bought my first Qantas wine last week. One box arrived on friday and the other is nowhere in sight. I rang Qantas wine a couple of hours ago and she is looking into it and will phone me back. Still waiting, I hope its not bumping around in a delivery truck somewhere.

I had exactly the same happen to me in the past fortnight. Second box appeared several days later after a call. Wrong wine as well. I supposedly have a replacement on the way. Those two (half cases) are not showing up on the courier's website. Something is clearly up.

I have not received a call back as yet. So I guess they are trying to locate it. The tracking number just comes up with an error. I hope the driver is not enjoying my wine!!

I was on hold for 45 minutes, then requested a call back at 6pm. Didn't happen. Called me instead at 8am AEDST. Not great service.

And I get errors (item has not been scanned) on the courier's site. I actually think the problem is with QWine. Too much wine to go missing for it to be couriers I reckon.
 
One of my cases have gone walkabout for 8 days. I suspect the AusPost contractor tried to pull a swifty and was rather disgruntled when he finally delivered it. Now trying to sort this mess out with them and their contracted pickup courier can't be bothered to send me the shipping labels for the return.
 
Seem they're having lots of issues. Had the wrong wine delivered. Replacement is somewhere with Australia Post. New replacement being organised today. Amateur hour continues.
