Qantas Wine latest offering

It’s 2 bottles of Diana, now that they’ve sold out of the stuff so those cooked ones won’t be heading your way @Birdyzone. I’m sure it will be another battle with them to get a reasonable substitute for the cooked Diana’s.

They offered me the twin pack with the Diana and Chardonnay as a replacement after sending me the wrong product. It seems it’s easier to send, than take the Diana out and send it separately. They also offered 2000 ff points for the mess around.
Overall happy but they have some serious warehouse issues going on.
 
I’ve also ordered two Dianas, shipment arrived quickly but only one of the bottles was correct. They offered to send me another but I’ve opted for refund, which was processed quickly so no complaints here.
 
I rang them again today, 25 min wait to speak to someone. They still cannot find my box, they say it is somewhere with Fastway. If they don't get any news on the box today they will cancel the delivery and send me another box.
 
Got my new order super fast with correct bottles, what a shocker! Looks like the end to free wine :p
 
Still waiting for mine, not happy. Its been two weeks and two phone calls.

I reckon you should cancel. Who knows in what condition the bottles were kept while in transit...
Ask for refund and for $50 voucher/discount (if you’ve used one for that order) then make a new order.

The last person I spoke to on Thursday said that if she didn't get a response from Fastway by that afternoon she would cancel the delivery and reorder for me. But I have no idea whether I am waiting for the new order or the old one. I mentioned that I would not be happy if it is sitting in some truck for over a week.
This was my first order from Qantas wine and I am thinking my last!

If it doesn't arrive by tomorrow then I guess I will have to ring again, which usually takes 30 mins on hold. The tracking has never worked on this delivery. And yes I did use a $50 discount voucher.

This is what I ordered. It seems to be still available. The single bottle of Wynns arrived and I could always see tracking for it but not the box of 12.

Edit. Now that I look again it seems to be sold out. I will not be happy!

If you haven't received a new email saying your wine is on its way - they have not made a new order (as far as I'm aware).

@kermatu you are correct. Last wine I ordered, they didn't even bother to let me know it had sold out. I had to phone and after a few queries they advised that they ran out but replaced it with a similar one. I ended up winning as the mixed up the shipping and I got the replacement order twice.

@kermatu you correct. I just phoned again and yes the wine is sold out! She is refunding my order and has talked me into ordering the Cyber Monday "Premium Red and White Mystery dozen" I will get a refund for the previous order, get to keep the Wynns extra bottle already delivered and the $50 discount applied to the new box and the delivery fee refunded. So we will see if it turns up.

Annoyingly this has taken so long to sort out and for them to admit that the original box is not going to ever happen. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you for your message and kind offer @Cruiser Elite. I didn't see it until just now as I was on the phone to Qantas wine, and then just wrote my reply to this thread.
I guess it is sort of resolved now. Although it was a frustrating experience for my first purchase. Is it worth any further correspondence?

Any hint as to what is in it? Though I note they already seem to be sold out of the red only case... May not be same wines of course.
