Qantas Wine latest offering

I've heard that Rockford won't sell to Qantas, so I don't think we'll ever see Epiqure selling Basket Press!

And before people jump up and down because they've seen Rockford in F lounge... Remember... Accor buys the wine!

Crumbs, which lounges have the Basket Case?

Cracked another bottle last night after a hard day playing with my kids. The first glass was as I had expected it - a nice bite and not acidic. Just to make sure it wasn't an aberration, I had a second glass...yes, as good as the first ;).

I had the bottle in my wine fridge for a couple of days, so it was the perfect temperature to drink :D. Put the rest in and they're cooling their heels until I get to them.

Took the Chandon home and put them in the wine fridge as well. Wonder how long it will take Mrs LW to notice them :o - good thing is that she'll need somebody with whom to drink them.

Finished off the bottle of GSM tonight, was a lot better. Now to crack a bottle of something else tomorrow

Can anyone figure out how to use the free sign on code to renew for free for another year - for existing members?

try MELWC15 :)

Just joined the wine club this week... got a reduced sub at $59, but got a very nice bottle of port as a sign up gift :)

I've just put the 15% code off to good use and ordered 6 bottles of NZ Sav Blanc... (very happy!!) :)

Just received: double points for 1 week (6 points per $1) on purchases over $200.

Ditto... but a little awash with good wine at the moment so can't really take advantage.
To show you how much of a points "tart" I am these days it hurts to overlook double points

Looking anxiously (see previous post) for 4,000 bonus points for last purchase.
Regular points posted quickly and just wondering how long I should wait before these bonii post?

I'm the same, the value just isn't there for me. What have we become :p

Well I just pulled the trigger and bought the Super Reds Dozen Wines | Qantas epiQure

Used the MELWC15 code to bring it down to $255, I called epiqure before using it and they assured me this would still get the double points as long as the order was still over $200.

So 1530 points isn't many, but this is my fourth dozen so I get the 8000 bonus too :).

48 bottles of wine, 22759 points for $998.76

I'm happy with that.

That's a win!!!!

Yes, for quaffing purposes it was and the points were very welcome :)
( not for cellaring or for impressing Prue and True at dinner parties though)

I wouldn't worry much at all about what Pru and Tru think. As Eddie would say, 'you can just drop the attitude, you work in a shop!'.

Last time Epiqure ran an offer like this to which I took advantage, the bonus points took absolute yonks to land. I have a recollection it was about 2 months. So remain alert but not alarmed!
