My wine has not been delivered but is expected on Friday, but the points have just landed into my QFF account.Update: Checked my QFF account today (Wednesday) and the points for the ordered I placed last week (Friday) have posted.
One other data point that I think is worth noting is that in general it's always better to order the points erm I mean wine over the phone than online since the agents have the latitude to provide additional bonus points on top of what QF Wine offers. Additionally, the agents have some flexibility in the size of the "phone" bonus points they offer you. When I ordered the 20 bottles of wine over the phone I was offered 10,000 bonus points. I pushed back and asked if they could do a little better. They said they would speak to their manager and get back to me. Sure enough they came back with 15,000 point offer which I grudgingly accepted.

Agree that speaking to them directly is beneficial, I now have my own "Private Wine Advisor."
