Qantas Wine latest offering

I cannot understand why some people fluff around at Woolies trying to earn 300 bonus points when you can earn 3000 bonus points here . The real bonus is you can enjoy the wine more, with the groceries.

Fluff around? People can do without wine but most people have to shop for the essentials and if they can get 300 bonus points a week for buying something they really do need, why not? If it wasn't for the bonus points, would people bother with Qantas Epiqure?

So, less than 24 hrs after the sale announced, the US hosted site goes down for scheduled maintenance?? Sure, the US site maintenance would be out of Epiqure's control, but one would hope they know about their site's scheduled ups and downs and could time their e-mail program accordingly?

Unusual glitch in the Epiqure operation IME.

That's not their site host, that's their email marketing service (and the "View online" link opens via that service presumably to track who opens the email, and how).

In my experience, if Epiqure shows the products but it is "all zeros", it tends to mean your login to Qantas.com has expired. Make sure you log out of Epiqure and Qantas.com, go back to Epiqure and it works...

Thanks re first point.

There's obviously something screwed up in my profile. I get the zeroed stuff if I click through the e-mail (new log on My Account) or if I log onto the primary site and go to 'sale'. 'My Account" comes up with

Epiqure stuffed account.JPG

And not my DoB ! I suspect it has something to do with the free membership re-newal I was given the other day. Will give 'em a call tomorrow.

That was happening to me too . All prices zeroed out. I logged out, logged in again and it was fine.

The current 3,000 bonus point promotion for 'cellar clearance' items was sent to me on Saturday 1 May; offer good for all of June. I did put an order in on Saturday, but went back for another look this morning.

Links to sale go to the sale web page but everything is zeroed out; you can't order anything. Clicking on the e-mail 'View on-line' link returns:

Is this offer only available once or can you make multiple purchases of $300 or more to get an additional 3000 bonus points? It doesn't say in the T&Cs that you can't?

OT perhaps but... Bollinger 6 bottle case @ DM $300 with free delivery atm...

Dan Murphy's Newsletter

Sounds like a good price, was going to compare with epiqure but see they no longer sell it...

using a discounted wish card that's $47.50 per bottle (plus a starthere cash back of $15.75 for a case if you are lucky;))

Just looking through the May QF magazine and the code "GIFT59AW" lasts until 1 June 2013.

Free gifts are either the Seppeltsfield Rare Tawny Port or a bottle of Taittinger NV. Not bad!

Flicked through the June mag this morning.....same promo details with a new date of 1 July.

Received an email offering free renewal and 10% off my next order (wine or tickets) if placed this month.

Might need to browse and see what's on offer :)

If I didn't have sooo many cases to drink, I'd probably go for the current offer...

But I did appreciate the free renewal. Damn, does that mean the bonus numbers re-set themselves (2nd and 4th cases) as well :D :o ?

P.S. Stuff it, ordered 3 cases anyway for $341 - just will have to have an AFF party to help me drink them all...;)

I seem to get droughts and rains with wine. Drunk my last epiqure bonus points haul and was waiting for another offer. Didn't come through so I picked up a cheap case for $50 from some local winemakers I know in the Hunter only to get this offer.

Still - 3,000 points is nothing to sneeze at. Can help pay off my JASA for this weekend.

I went to order some of the top red from the current offer and it's all gone. My fault for being tardy
