We were drinking the Duval blend ;)

Classic comment
I also look forward to some further responses of the said variety, after similar comments about some of the earlier 'lesser" offerings.

Just looking to pick up a six pack of the squealing pig sauv blanc and the cape mentelle sauv blanc - this would be my first wine purchase - do I need to do anything to get bonus points or just order?

Just order.

The first new member bonus points appear on the invoice receipt that refers to your 12th bottle, the rest appear on that receipt relevant to your 48th purchased bottle.

With so many favourable posts - I've just ordered 12 of the Duval.....nice little point earner @ 7,618 :D

Looking forward to seeing how successful the AFF community are at wine tasting;)

We had the 1st bottle of the Duval blend with our spag bol last night. Most enjoyable, an extremely well blended wine which is very much a "drink now" wine.

Going slightly against the grain here, SWMBO has declined the opportunity for further John Duval purchases. Her favourite red blend is another from The Barossa, a Schild Estate Old Bush Vine GMS 2011, and only $15 a bottle. We will therefore save our $'s for future epiQure offers, one day they may add this to their cellar?! :)

SWMBO made the final decision as I am currently on a self inflicted alcohol hiatus which will continue for a further 10 days. I will wait until then before tasting and deciding if it was a mistake not to purchase a few more.

There will be no giving up! Not touched a drop since we landed back on Aussie soil from the UK on the 13th Jan. Going for my half century and planning on enjoying a tipple at a dinner party we have planned on the 3rd March.

I only found out about Feb Fast a week into February when I mentioned my plans to a friend. Feeling great for it, lost quite a few kg's and just going to stick with grapes from now on, I hear you can have 5 of them a day! :)

I will have to try this as the Schild estate Shiraz is an excellent wine too, made Wine Spectator top hundred wine list this, I think 1 of 2 Aus wines.

Just had a look at Dan Murphy and they have the Veuve at $62.69 per bottle. So not a bad deal at $54.99 delivered
