Qantas Wine latest offering

I don't think it was just a linking error, when I searched the individual wines earlier they no longer had the bonus points attached.

I'm not so sure. The original "error message" looks like a standard message for all old offers. Instead of linking the correct page (assuming it was set up), they linked to the error message...otherwise no link would have meant it went nowhere.

Looks like as I was typing this, Red Roo has posted (I do love Notifications on my iPhone).

Added: Nicely done Red Roo. I forgot to email you, I'm sorry. Looks like NS took charge and fixed it :o. Overall, excellent service recovery. Honouring the bonus points *thumbs up*

P.P.S. - Michelle from the EpiQure Service Centre called back to advise the outcome (which she guessed I already knew). She apparently has quite a few members to call :o

The epiQure team have resolved the error, and apologise for any inconvenience.

Well that is staggering and pleasing :).

Red Roo, why can't the endless list of goofs/mistakes/bad functionality/awfulness on the main QF web site be fixed this quickly? This is a serious question btw.

Good work Red Roo and team.

Now can you upgrade me tomorrow, pretty pretty pretty please :p :p

Maybe last night they were doing affected people first (people who contacted EpiQure or QFF), then the general populace today. As a Princess, you'd be in the first group this morning :D

I didn't contact them, but got the email last night.

No email here... Clearly I am not important enough...

And no upgrade... yet... although they still have a few hours

hah, who am I kidding, QANTAS never upgrade elites, let alone elites who pay for their tickets (not Marginal).

Your problem is that school holidays are not on, thats the upgrade season.

I don't get upgraded in school holidays either... I have never received a QANTAS op-up, and have only ever had 1 successful points upgrade.

These days, I fully expect to fly the cabin I book and spend my effort finding a good seat.

Just had a phone call from an EpiQure Supervisor regarding the poor quality of the Peter Lehmann wines (following up from my email yesterday). He agreed that the inserts were a problem, probably moreso than the plain cardboard boxing. He is doing a report which will involve their Distribution Centre (review of the reasons why it was sent out in the generic unbranded boxes - was there PL boxing at the DC and it was damaged so they had to use generic unbranded boxes and put the sticker on with the PLW coding).

They may have stuffed up the promo pages on the website, but not the perfect record of posting points the day after purchase:
