No, it you delve into the T&C's it says; from any licensed liquor retailer in Australia (Retailer) (online purchases permitted).

Some have questioned if Epiqure would qualify, I would say they would as they have a liquor licence and the T&C's don't state fixed retail locations like stores but does state online purchases permitted. Hopefully Epiqure can clarify and maybe they will encourage us to purchase some of their Penfolds stock with bonus points as well.

To claim a Vintec Wine Cabinet, claimants must:

1. during the Purchase Period, purchase, in one transaction, any 6 x 750mL+ bottles of Penfolds wine (excluding wine in the Thomas Hyland, Koonunga Hill or Rawson's Retreat ranges) (Eligible Purchase) for off premise consumption from any licensed liquor retailer in Australia (Retailer) (online purchases permitted); then

I'm confused by this! Does it have to be an online retailer? I can only see a reference to a fine wine retailer on the Penfold's site.

To claim your Vintec Wine Cabinet, purchase 6 bottles of Penfolds Bin Series or Luxury wines from your fine wine retailer during July and retain your receipt.

I bought the very same wine fridge a couple of months ago. Would have preferred this offer as it would have cost less and come with wine . Oh well, that's life!
