You can now all sneeze at my booking;-

SYD-CBR-SYD for a grand total of $97.99 (paid via BPay)

2,000 points
$4.90 per SC

More importantly for me, 2 QF segments

Strangely, I did sneeze as I was scrolling through… how odd.

OK, I've booked Nov12MEL-BNE, Nov13BNE-LRE & Nov14LRE-xBNE-MEL.

That gives me 30+ hours in LRE to check out the Museum.:D

If you’re going to post your dates in a public forum, others might have to tag along ;)

I was thinking the same thing, maybe we could get a group booking to camp out under the classics wing :)

Not sure about that :p but I’ll ask my sister tonight if she’d like to see the museum in November, and probably book a ticket a little later on :)

40 minutes should be enough time

You would of course book this as SYD-CBR-CFS-SYD

Nope. Will book SYD-CBR-SYD then SYD-CFS-SYD. Planning to do the SYD-CBR-SYD as my first MR. When arriving back in SYD will then do SYD-CFS same day then CFS-SYD next day after a night with mates in CFS.

OK, I've booked Nov13 BNE-LRE & Nov 14 LRE-BNE.

That gives me 30+ hours in LRE to check out the Museum.:D

I’ll be seeing you up there with my sister! ;)

Who else is coming? :p

Would the ovens in the retired QF aircraft there still work?

Oh wait, no batteries. Damn.

Our combined luggage weight allowance should be enough for one a/c battery, surely ;)

Cheers ... I booked it that late as my new "Qantas" year starts Nov 1 and I already have WP for 2011 with flights for PG booked this year ...

Hmmm. My mistake - the return from LRE on the Sunday is in the afternoon rather than morning. That's a long time to spend in LRE, but at least with friends it'd be a bit easier.

Flights are still there...hmmm, tempted:!:

WPs (or any elites) don't get extra baggage love on turboprop flights.

I am in, for some reason I just had to ignore the "hurry" sign underneath the flexi saver at $451 each way

I'll look at this tomorrow. Been up since 0345 AKL time so I am fading fast now.

What you slept in this morning; ;) don't you mean; 1:45am.:shock:

3:45am NZ time = 1:45am AEDST.

So will the LAN flights credit or will you have to chase them up. :p

November doesn't work for me; I should be in Europe that time of year.

BNE-SYD-CBR-SYD-CFS-SYD-BNE; is that a bit much for one day. :?:

Golly, I am tempted, but need to find out when my Conference is starting...it's in Nov, but in BNE.

I'd be interested to probably do markis10's flights earlier in the year...

For 60 SC’s, it doesn’t seem worth it, considering the flights BNE-SYD will be much more than $49.

Bundy Bear is not about SCs all the time.

It's about conquests. It's about experiences. It's about filling up a FlightMemory map (if he kept track on one, that is :)).

Conference that runs on the weekend?
No, but if I attend the Ball (assuming Fri night) then no use having an SC run starting Sat early AM, is there :rolleyes:

Considering it finishes at midnight tonight (the offer), I think I'm out. Spent enough on flying this month (albeit all tax deductible) whereas this would be out-of-pocket

Ah yes, I forgot to consider that you're getting older now....

Not really an SC run - it's only 30 SC big, and not a there-and-back-straight-away affair.
