Qatar Airways Lounge in Singapore T1

I reckon they are on to something here.

If in J but no access to QF first lounge then QR is the way to go.

If oneworld sapphire travelling economy BA would be my pick.

So ranking the lounges

Flounge tops them all in sinkers?
IMHO, QR lounge tops 'em all ... but you need to be flying oneworld Business or First ...

I realised my post left that in the air. Maybe do what I did ... Barramundi in QF, rest in QR ..

OR: Arrive at SIN in J on OW and depart SIN in Y on OW 😜 I did that before and no problem accessing QR Premium Lounge

Wow. That sounds more akin to oneworld rules, something I was confident Qatar couldn't care less about.
I reckon QR are happy to have as many business/first guests as possible no matter what end of a segment.

Going by last night (i had to wait five minutes for a table ~6:45pm), QR may be finding this lounge significantly revenue positive.

(Although, maybe it was just a busy night - the QF First lounge was 90% occupied at 6pm).

I am flying Y from SIN to KUL, connecting J from KUL to SYD.
Think I can access this lounge???

yes, it‘s a one world rule but they accept it. They just take a copy of both boarding passes.

Been a few years but for me:
QR for food; QF F if menu appeals
BA for peace and decent whiskey (and satay)
EK for sunset airport views (and a good balance of the above - but QF/EK only).
