I haven't seen this discussed here. I saw this earlier this week at Singapore T1, beside the Emirates lounge:

If it's like other Qatar lounges, OW access will be restricted to pax flying in J or F.

But that remains to be seen.

Has been discussed in the 2020 lounge crawl thread

But deserves its own thread.
While I agree the usual QR restrictions are likely, the lounge area looks quite large (almost as big as EK) and QRs 4 daily flights are well separated, so they might be able to be more generous.

That really irks me. I had a real blue with the BKK lounge staff earlier this year. Even now the oneworld website only excludes elites from their lounges at LHR and CDG. Such a joke.

Any prospect they will allow arrivals access, given the set up of Changi? I have a 9.05am arrival next May in QR J and access would be handy.

Unless you're continuing on (and almost certainly, continuing on a QR flight), no, no chance.

I was briefly at the EK lounge before Christmas but was in a rush so I didn't notice, but I'll try to remember to check it out before I visit the EK lounge at the end of the month...

Any updates of the progress of the Qatar lounge in Singapore ?

Saw a photo of the front door looking almost complete with the usual Qatar style grand statement entrance.

So id expect it's not far off.

I saw it last week. Certainly the front door is complete but looking inside, there was no reception table or the like.

Nice!
Hopefully one of our esteemed AFF‘ers can do a run down on it soon.
Looking at the plans it does look a little smaller than the BA lounge so will be interesting to see the capacity. I’m guessing only J and F pax only with no entry for status pax in Y?

I will be visiting this lounge in early Feb :)

Do we know if entry is being restricted to only J/F passengers flying on QR? Or are passengers on other Oneworld airlines (e.g. someone booked in QF J/F) also allowed in?

Interestingly, there's no mention of this new lounge on the Qatar Airways website. It still says that they use the SATS Premier lounge at SIN - https://www.qatarairways.com/en/lounges/worldwide.html
