Does it? The sim is in Melbourne, and there is a Melbourne pilot and cabin crew base.

My LAX-MEL booking for April downgraded from A380 to B787

Well my "flight time has been changed" for March in the past 48 hours from a MEL-SYD-SFO on a 787 to SYD-LAX on a A380.

The are further cancellations of QF73/74 through to May now…

I see A380 has now been removed from all MEL/LAX flights indefinitely - previously they just zero'd out F class.

But they missed some flights when updating inventory... lol...

Later I found that our MEL-SYD flight was still there, just that they hadn't changed to a new flight that would arrive before the international departure.

To cut a long story short, we never wanted to go to SFO (it was an award booking) so they moved us to a direct MEL-DFW flight instead (and without an increase in points spend). So pretty happy right now.

Yeah, or at least the seats accessible by your status tier are full.

My Saturday MEL-LAX A380 Y flight in December has also been switched to MEL-SYD-LAX A380.

I could switch to a Sunday 787 flight with an 11am departure or stick to the 8am Sat MEL-SYD flight in the hope of an increased probability of upgrade.

Is this on 31 December? Same happened to me
