OMG they just talk rubbish! Bassinets onboard aircraft
Are there bassinets onboard for my infant?
Bassinets are fitted to our Boeing 747, Airbus 380 and Airbus 330 aircraft. They are limited in number and should be requested at the time of booking. You cannot request a bassinet online.
If there are no bassinets available, then the infant may be held or travel in a Child Restraint (car seat). Additional charges will apply for travel with a Child Restraint and pre-approval is required.
Contact your local Qantas office once you have made your booking to request a bassinet or to arrange approval for a Child Restraint.
