We have 4 Qantas MASA flights in July that have posted at zero status credits that should be about 300.
Is this happening to everyone?

Do you have to wait for the adjustment like for other old earning bookings?

Sure looks like it medhead. Everything was fine up to 30th June.

The reports trickling in suggest that all flights will be credited according to new rates and then will have an adjustment. I hope that happens for MASA and you don't have to chase it.

Just posted in the "heads up" thread. I had paid MEL-MQL flights that were adjusted the next day points wise, but my MEL-SYD JASA posted as zero points and SC even though the activity statement clearly states is was an ASA not a classic. Hopefully it too will be self corrected without the need to chase it up.

Mine posted today at 0 - but did include Booked as Any Seat Award in the reference at least... lets hope its automatic shortly.

yes, had 2 flights and same thing, I rang yesterday and was told to call the FF dept on Monday and sort out. Hopefully just a glitch as they show as ASA tickets on the debit and credit

Between the two of us we are about 380 SCs short now. No rushing needed as we already have status but the booked flights get us both to Lifetime Gold so it will be important that they do post when the problem is fixed.

Didn't you get the memo???

QantasPR said:
Qantas announced today that Status Credits would no longer apply to any Award ticket, even if redeemed from points fairly earned. When asked for more informatrion the spokesperson denied the request due to "operational reasons."

This has to be a joke...
Pay more than a CLASSIC award in taxes etc for an ASA to get NO POINTS & NO STATUS CREDIT !!
Tell me it's a joke
I am in the same boat, booked ASA's a month ago forlate last week, I could have booked a CLASSIC if that was the case as I only did it to get the SC's
If this is true I am going to burn my points and then look for a Status Match ( if it exists, and it appears it might) elsewhere
What date did they send out the email,, I've looked and I don't seem to have it in my inbox

With no source I'd suggest it's an attempt at humour.

ASAs booked prior to 30JUN for travel post 01JUL are eligible for SCs/points...it's in the fine print on the QF website...

Here it is:

Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes
Excluded:
* Qantas Points and Status Credits are not earned on Qantas Codeshare flights (ie with a QF flight number) operated by Jetstar Airline other than in booking classes of Y B H K or L (earn in L class is eligible only when travelling on a oneworld fare product)
^ Qantas flight segments booked in X U Z or P classes are eligible to earn Points and Status Credits only when booked as a part of a Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award for bookings created on or before 30 June 2014.
~ Qantas flight segments booked in Premium Economy T class will earn at the base rate of Flexible Economy.

Some less kind individuals might have used the adjective "poor" so thanks for that.

I'm sure it's just a case of IT scrambling to implement the QF policy on the run. There's a lot of it about ....

Obviously fairer and simpler and hopefully not enhanced
Why is this all getting "too hard"
I think I must be getting over it, I actually used CASH the other day instead of my card, had to pinch myself afterwards but maybe that's what they are doing to us with making the carrot on the stck just a bit too far out of reach now.

I emailed through and just had my activity statement updated - but I noticed they only credited 1250 points for BNE-SYD in J - not the 1400 minimum guarantee, and obviously not including SG bonus? Anyone else experienced this? I am right in thinking it should be a total of 1850 each way right?
