QF status credits for MASAs posting as zero from July1st

My first JASAs flown since 'Simplification Day' have not posted at all period. Outbound was Friday and return was yesterday, so I can understand Sunday's flight not having posted yet, but not Friday's.

I noticed that QF had some IT issues over the weekend which seem to affect frequent flyer accounts so maybe the two are connected.

I'm in the same boat - outbound on Friday, return back today. Nothing posted as yet (was not expecting today's SC's to be posted yet anyway)

When I rang Q last week I was told there are quite a few issues because of the changeover.
Please be patient as it should be sorted by the end of August.

Suggest you keep an eye on your account during the next few weeks. I am waiting til September at which time I will call again if things are not sorted by then.

Thanks. Oddly Sunday's flight has now posted with (as expected) zero points and SCs, but Friday's flight has not even posted. I will wait another week and see what happens then call up. These flight will put Mrs_O over the line for SG so I would like them sorted because there is a good chance she has a solo work flight soon.

I was on a MASA on the 7th August on QF23. Flight posted as zero on the 9th and points adjustment posted on the 11th. No need to call so was very pleased with the process.

Both flights have now posted as zero and both flights have been updated with the correct points and SCs without intervention from me. Some faith has been restored in the QF IT department.

I took 4 legs last week. 1 Posted immediately with 0 SC and points, but now has been credited with SC and points, but the other 3 legs have not appeared on my activity statement. Do you think they will appear of will I need to ring them?

I wouldn't let it go past a week personally. There was a suggestion that QF ran a weekend process to pick them up, so again if you have had a weekend and not posted I wouldn't be reticent about calling.

Flights my SO and I did on 19 and 25 July have posted but not at the correct earn.
I will have to ring (again) to get it sorted.
You need to keep an eye on these things.

I feel petty having to ring, but I've earnt those miles and it's 180SC's that I am short. I'd hate to miss WP requal because of an oversight by QF. They really need to treat loyalty more seriously, in my opinion.

Do we have any updates on how the crediting of status credits and points on JASA's is going? Recently flown several sectors all of which posted with zero credits and points. How long is the wait before I should consider calling up? Cheers.

My flights in August required multiple follow-ups, as only one of four posted in the first week, and then the wrong points posted when the other three appeared following QFF intervention. Took 2 or 3 calls before they were all sorted.

I had two in September/October and when they both credited as zero, I sent QFF an email each time asking them to fix it. Each enquiry was resolved within a few days. Both posted at the new rate, FWIW.

My flights credited automatically after about 2 weeks without follow-up.
3 JASAs recently. All initially appear as nil miles and SC with a correction appearing in 2-3 weeks without our input.Sadly only 1 more to go.

I flew 6 x JASA sectors last week (3 Tues and 3 Fri) and they all initially credited as ZERO SC and ZERO FF POINTS.

Within 3-4 business days they were all ADJUSTED to the correct amounts - last sector adjusted yesterday.

In early September 4 flights initially posted with 0 SCs, but updated within 2 days without any calls.

I'm happy to report all sectors were adjusted correctly over the weekend. So just over a week which I think is rather good. No phone call required. Sadly no more JASA's for me. Cheers.

I have a BNE-MEL-KTA-PER-BNE in January and a BNE-PER in May. I'm hoping they will still credit the SC's by then.
