QF status credits for MASAs posting as zero from July1st

The minimum guarantee for J was 1250, and status bonus does not apply to the guarantee, so this is correct.

I emailed through and just had my activity statement updated - but I noticed they only credited 1250 points for BNE-SYD in J - not the 1400 minimum guarantee, and obviously not including SG bonus? Anyone else experienced this? I am right in thinking it should be a total of 1850 each way right?

Are you saying you had a post-March 29 (?) booking post with the old points? If so, the system is having even more problems than I thought...

You may want to check that again, the booking date is important here as that will give the answer regarding the correct number of points.

Booked before 29 March - old earn
Fly on/before 30 June - old earn
Book after 29 March, fly after 30 June - new earn.

MASA still earn under the new system. The only change is MASA cannot be booked.

Yes, thats it. Booked before June 30, Flown 5/6th July. Credited 40SC (correct for BNE-SYD, no change) and 1250 points. On the New (Current?) Calculator, I am quoted 1400 + 450 Status bonus *2 - a shortfall of about 1200 points. My understanding (and as confirmed by Ketsuzei and Medhead) is that I would earn at the new rate - so 1850 points per flight.

Was it booked before March 29, as that is also important as well in terms of points earned.

Absolutely. Crediting everything at the new rates initially and then making adjustments for bookings that should have earned at the old rates makes a kind of sense. Your situation doesn't...

Edit: Sorry, only just noticed it was a manual adjustment in your case. So it can just be put down to operator error.

I called today and mine was fixed in a couple of hours. They manually calculated SC's and points and my points were 10k short which required a second call to resolve.

I called and our two accounts are completely fixed for SCs and FF points off MASAs.
My son did his first JC. That is the new Business Class on Classic points or perhaps it is a CJ?

My wife did a MASA recently and it posted as 0, so will have to call QFF to fix.

Reading through this thread... is it being too early to go all "conspiracy theory" and wonder if unofficial plan at QF is to post all these +July 1st xASA at ZERO SC and then only have to fix/credit back those who notice and then bother to ring up... ?

Or are we simply talking Hanlons Law...

I'm in the same boat. Booked JASA BNE/SYD/MEL/ADL/BNE prior to 30 June and took the first leg today. 0 points and 0 status credits. Booked this so I can retain Gold status which expires 31 July. Who do I contact at QF to get this looked at?

Ring the regular number and it should be able to be fixed up pretty quickly.

I have a feeling that a lot of the AFF community MASA's booked in the dying days are going to post incorrectly.
