I'm booked at the Hilton on the 7th as well. Many thanks to Frogger for the heads up on points+pay. Would have been sweeter if I qualified for the free 100K Hhonors points but oh well, 24K + NZD124 is still a good deal.

Slight change to my accommodation arrangements. I'm staying at the Hilton on the Saturday night as I need 4 stays by 30 April. Room rate was NZ$479 but I got a points + pay for 24,000 points + NZ$128. I thought that was a good deal .

Off topic but does a Hilton points + pay count as a stay? I should pay closer attention to these details.
