OK. Back to the beginning.

Sue and I will come to Melbourne on the 27th and have Yum Cha at a location to be advised. I am suggesting somewhere more or less in the city area (approx 5km radius) as this normally is better for most. We can however be flexible with location.

(I'm happy to swap to the Sat 26th if that is better for people.)

Who else is interested :?:

No problem for people to have drinks or dinner later IMHO but I believe it deserves it's own thread.

Turns out that I have plans around lunchtime on the 27th, so not available for Yum Cha.

Yep, I'm in ... Will be off to the footy shortly after 2pm

The list in post #47 is updated.

Now all we need is a venue.

Suggestions please as we have already been to the only one I know. (We could book there again)

I am definitely out for all of these events.

It's not that I don't like you, but I will definitely be overseas...

If we want to try a new place every month, how about Crystal Jade on Little Bourke St. this time?

Good food + Good Conversations = Happy times!

I can recommend HuTong Prahran on a weekend. Good mix of dumplings and traditional yum cha items.

I'm keen to join in... Just need a time & place. Would be great to meet some new peeps from MEL before heading back to SYD later in the day.
