Sorry for the late reply but as there is no set location or time and as we are heading off to Bright for the Autumn Festival on the next day, packing the car comes first.

Will see what happens in May.

The restaurant has just rung me and it seems that we need to modify our plans a little. We have to start at 1130 and finish by 1300 OR start at 1330.

I have tentatively made it 1130 but can change if needed. (In light of the dinner and drinks later maybe 1330 would be better)

Any preferences?

Sadly I have been rather indisposed gastronomically this weekend and will have to scratch - I am sure those attending will have a fine time ... I may make one of these yet!

OK I would have gone for 1130 or 1330 without issue but we stand to lose too many people if it is the later time so 1130 it is.

If people are a few minutes late then so be it.

Apologies to those who prefer later.
