RewardPay Alternatives

Thought they were AMEX only but do take other cards. No DEFT payments though DEFT have finally lowered their Usurious AMEX rates to match Sniip. I got this from the Sniip site:

Anybody consistently using Yak Pay still? I have not used it for >2yrs but given intl flying is a goer again time to cultivate pts.

It appears to me YP still most competitive for Visa - currently 1%.1% incl GST - going to 1.32% incl GST April - anything cheaper around?
Yeah same. YP for visa and sniip for Amex are my 2 regulars

Sniip rates please?
1.5% across the board and works with Amex where the points earn rate is higher

Wait.. where did you see that YP is increasing rates? I haven't received any notice of that 😲

Just got this email from sniip

The most requested feature...... the ability to pay your bills from your own bank account! And for free too!!

I had to do a double take when I received the newsletter.. I thought it was to pay non BPay suppliers via EFT but alas

I agree that’s what I think would’ve been a more requested feature … but that’s me.

Yak Pay is changing its fees from today.

Visa increases from 1% + GST to 1.2% + GST, except for "Crypto.com" Visa cards.

Mastercard drops from 1.2% + GST to 0.8% + GST, except Westpac business cards and other "Mastercard Business Exec" products.

Mastercard seems like a good deal now.

I've used RewardPay a few times for ATO BAS bills and it's worked well. I'm ok with the cost.

Just found b2bpay.com.au which seems to offer Qantas points as well, for the same earn rate/surcharge.

Anyone used them?
Is there any other alternatives I should look out for?

I prefer to use YakPay, was a regular user of RewardPay and have now transitioned to YakPay and collect bonus Velocity Points (My preference) or you can collect Qantas Business Rewards ponts

So any recommendations for a SQ converting MC? Like the beloved Dragon
hmm, anyone found a good mastercard for SQ/KF?

All I found was westpac altitude, Altitude Black
1.25pt/$ base rate and 3pt/1KF conversion rate.
worth it for YP at 0.8% surcharge?

The only Mastercard option I could find with a higher KrisFlyer earn rate in Australia is the HSBC Premier.

However, this card caps points at 10,000 per month (equivalent to 5,000 KrisFlyer miles/month).

You earn 1 HSBC Rewards Plus point per $1 with this card, converting 2:1 to KrisFlyer miles.

Wouldn't the Black be considered a premium card though?

* Standard Mastercard cards - 0.8% +GST
Premium Mastercard cards - 1.2% +GST
