RewardPay Alternatives

is it just me do I have to enter BSB/acc details everytime i want to pay someone on EBP?
can't find a way to save those details

All EBP users - email feedback to EBP pls - request auto save / auto population of fields for frequent Billers - we might get there eventually

Just signed up for EBP - the site talks about top up: do I need to have funds in their account or do they just help themselves to my credit card when I want to pay a bill?

It depends on how you want to do it. I usually manually top up, at which point they will take it from the balance not the card (if you have enough in balance to cover the bill). This is key if you need to choose which card to pay using, rather than EBP just drawing on the default card. Just be aware that they recently added a feature of a savings account which if funded will not show in your bill balance - it's quite confusing. Don't fund your savings account if you want to pay bills.

I never have and never will retain a balance in EBP - so much easier to reconcile transaction by transaction - but of course everybody different.

Not sure what you mean. There are 2 options:
  1. Add bill, no balance. Amount gets deducted from a single card (default card)
  2. Add bill, manually top-up the bill amount. You can choose which card (Dragon, ANZ, etc)
I don't think anyone is suggesting you would retain a balance.

Hey folks, can anyone tell me which of the alternatives do 0.8% for visa?

Can't seem to find it
