So you think ADL should have the direct flights and not the other way around?

Personally I would choose to connect for more SCs/points but those sort of flights such as SIN-ADL-SYD are useless to me as they are a single flight number so only SCs for SIN-SYD with the added burden of transit in ADL.

It would just be a reverse of the burden ADL people currently have :p

I was thinking more along the lines of a round trip - like QF81/82. It's great to *not* have to transfer through SYD domestic. And no, I don't think that ADL should be the *only* airport to have direct flights - but a choice would be nice. :)

Really? I thought all 3 flights were SIN-ADL and one carries onto SYD.

I do not mind connecting. In fact I will try to connect wherever possible for more SCs and points.

What I would find a burden would be SIN-ADL-SYD on the one flight number and SCs and points only for the SIN-SYD sector.

SYD has the luck to have 3 flights to SIN, only the QF81/82 goes via ADL - be nice to have that in ADL for BKK sometimes too. :)

That changed when they canned mumbai. I'm pretty sure all 3 flights a week in each direction go to SYD. In relation to SC earn ADL is much easier than SYD for making international/domestic connections. ;)

I'd think it likely that ADL (like PER, DRW, OOL and CNS) is considered part of Asia as far as QFi is concerned.....and as such will be serviced by EK, MH and JQ rather than QFi.
