Sabre/New website problems - all my status credits are gone!

Looks like the "Status Credits earned since ..." issue has been fixed. At least it's now showing the correct value for me.

Hmmm ... showing a figure for me [-]but appears different from that shown last week[/-].

I took a screen dump so I'll have to double check.

Also, the link that shows the SC's required to be earned in each month has gone. :(

I can log in however:

- current SC's showing 0
- no crediting of flights done on 10/1 (6 in all, mine x3 and my son's family pooled same flights).

As others have said, presume the zeroed SC field means they haven't linked it to where they hold this info in their server? I hope they are going to add the flights taken during the period and then update the field.

Yup mine are all back. My flights from the weekend show as 'pending - will post within 14 days '. All looking a lot better today :)
 
I had the same issue showing number of SC required to maintain Plat was back to 800. Spoke to Velocity and they are aware of it and the history is still there and will be fixed. The assured me that my status is safe and I have since checked and it is all fixed for me.
 
All good here. But with extra status credits. Not for long I'm guessing.
 
I wanted to start a new thread saying how much I hated the new website but thought the better of it. Ever time I go in there it doesn't say whether I'm logged in or not and it shows the residue of my last activity (the destination for my last flight I looked up) but then when I try to look at a booking it then asks for my FF number. On some pages you can be logged in and looking at bookings or awards but to the right there's a box to enter your FF number and password as though you are not logged in.

I hate it so much that I'm looking back at QF for more of my flying. Hope it gets fixed. I don't mean set back the way it was but as it is it's just way too annoying.

Velocityrewards.com.au and virginaustralia.com have always seemed somewhat separate, but yes, it seems even worse now. The QFF experience is so much better.
 
I have an award flight in July. Since the changeover, I haven't been able to see it on the website - I keep getting "Cannot Retrieve Booking". So today I bit the bullet & called customer service. After feeding the agent all my details (names, flight numbers, dates etc) he came back with a changed PNR. I plugged this into the website & still got the same error. Called back and was told to wait for a week - it might be fixed then. BTW, the website also has an option to find you bookings with your Velocity number & password - that doesn't work either.
 
Had a flight on saturday to canberra from sydney and still waiting for points to show.The return was an old reward flight which I cancelled a week ago and ended up driving the hire car back to sydney.Check my account and the reward flight shows in my activity the next day even though it was cancelled.There was no points earnt and may just be a glitch in the system but it still was processed the next day unlike my flight the day before.
I do miss the old system of having status points show up within 2 days especially when my partner is near gold and will earn more for our upcoming flights this week.
 
I tried to make a rewards booking but points available are shown as at 14th Jan. My Velocity A/c shows the correct figure, another 15000 points, but this doesn't appear on the booking page.

A real PITA

I had the same problem, and eventually had to ring Velocity to book the flight. Strangely, the reduction in points was shown immediately ;)
 
I cant view any of my bookings ( pre sabre) which i could earlier last week . It just gets more & more frustrating . To top it off im not sure what has happened to my pre allocated seat ( 25A) on VA1 tomorrow . Expertflyer & a dummy booking show that 25A is available . I haven't got the patience to call them , so will just lob up early tomorrow to check in and then argue the point if needed. I cant wait to see how long it takes to get all my flights posted to my account for the next few weeks flying ... i suspect a number of claims will need to be submitted.
 
Mr Jurahn flew PER-LAX a couple of days ago - no SCs or points yet which I expected, given the delays everyone's been experiencing, but oddly, the two eligible sectors have been counted. My concern with the SCs is that they credit in the correct fare class - he booked and paid Y+, but his boarding pass (which showed the correct seat) showed him as in Economy. Even when he asked the girls at BNE to reprint it, it still showed as Economy, and they said the system "wasn't letting them" print the boarding pass with the correct class on it. We already had major dramas with both domestic legs disappearing off his itinerary when the Sabre changeover happened, so I'm hoping we don't start having issues now with not getting the correct SCs (assuming that they credit automatically at all!).

Will do - this return trip will be enough to requalify him for Gold if the SCs credit correctly, so will NOT be happy if they don't!

ETA: Actually, have just realised the eligible sectors HAVEN'T been counted yet - I'd forgotten about a return trip to Adelaide we did late last year, so that's where those two eligible sectors have come from- DOH!! So nothing at all credited yet for this trip. Will keep checking and let you know when (if?) SCs etc come through.
