I hope it's just me being ultra paranoid, but I await the resunmption of normal service with some trepidation. I have no shortage of experiences where web sites undergoing major overhauls have resulted in at the very least somewhat buggy experiences for the users - like the book retailers that in updating their web site managed to somehow lose three of my titles (and other people's).

And I'll take a punt ...

I remember a little while back being invited to complete a survey about what I thought of the Virgin web sites and apps. The nature of the questions implied that they were thinking of combining them into a single app and one web site.

Yep, have had multiple surveys in the last month pertaining to combining the apps or adding new features
 
Just noticed that even the little toggle has been deactivated:

It looks like it's struggling to get up now. Lets me log in ... but not do anything!
 
I'm on PC, haven't checked app on phone ... and it's painfully slow to respond.
 
They're saying that the maintenance is now until 11am...
 
I guess that you should be able to get in before then on PC or (presumably) Mac ... I'm modifying one of my bookings right now,

Are you able to check on a laptop or notebook or even desktop? Those sites are working again.
