If anyone is around the VA lounge in PER tomorrow please let me know, my Sister-in-Law is travelling back to NZ (via MEL). Guess I should look at what time she is going through MEL also......

Yeah was a fun chat. Your flight came up closed as you were walking out so I thought you could be in trouble.

JQ3 cancelled today! Same as last week. Not sure if it is bad luck or the norm for this flight.

Leaves me with the next 2.5 hours in MEL dom J if anyone is around.

Update on this - there is no Qantas lounge in CFS, despite reports on the site to the contrary.

There was last time I was there. You need to let the check-in staff know and they give you a PIN to unlock the door at the entrance. It's a discreet door to the left of the check-in area. The lounge is nothing special it's a bit quieter than the rest of the terminal and there are free nibbles.
