I received this update from Velocity on Shop & Earn:
"ShopAndEarn uses 2 main affiliate networks to deliver the suite of Retailers. The issue has been sorted with one network and the points will have now come through to members accounts for related retailer spend.
We are have had a meeting with the supplier today to work out how we can rectify the second network ASAP. The points that have been pending for Dec & Jan transactions from the second affiliate network have now been approved and will flow through to members accounts with the next 24 hours (automated process).
The process issues this uncovered have now been addressed and we should not be experiencing these same issues again.
As points are approved to members the systems automatically generates a confirmation email and so every member with current pending points will receive a communication within the next 24 hours confirming their points will be flowing through."
I believe comms will be going out directly to members too.
