Slow posting of QFF points and SCs after a JQ flight

After 33 days, the points and SCs from my JQ flight have finally been credited! I was going to send an email off today but they just beat me to it. Of course, the SCs have not counted towards my loyalty bonus...that'll be an email for another day.

Points and SCs credited from the second of three JQ flights in February. The first and third flights yet to credit.

I wonder if 3K posts flights separately from JQ noting that the only flight to post so far is the 3K flight?

Hi,
Has anyone gone through the Claim missing points on QF recently ? I flew on three JQ sectors on 4, 9 and 22nd of march, and none of them credited to QF. I subsequently submitted points claims for each of those on the 9th, 14th, and 27th of march respectively, i.e. 5 days after each flight, and so far have received nothing. I called the call centre , and they said they can see them in the system, but haven't got any responses from the "partner" airline, and was told, that in fact, partner claims can take 28 days to process.
I remember a few months ago, these points would post within a few days of submitting the claim.

Cheers
L

JQ flights in NZ from end of Feb took 30 days for points but no SC - guess I'll have to convince them I did do the Business max (sigh)

They are useless. JQ is a partner when it suits QF only. If its something that benefits the customer, there is nothing they can do.
How about when you have a mixed JQ/QF booking - I find that neither JQ or QF will let me check in online. They probably have an army of back office staff somewhere, so I don't see how this could be taking so long, and it must be intended, so as to have people just give up on those points, or travel QF instead if they are after points.

33 days for points and SC's to post. I was away for 11 days so I assume it will be that length of time before I receive the return leg. Doesn't impact me but you do have to wonder how it takes so long

Also received on the same day points for Qantas hotels which also more than a month after the event so wonder if these two processes are linked. Perhaps it is Qantas that is the bottleneck rather than Jetstar.

Same here. Flew on the 25th of February, finally posted today, after lodging a missing points claim both on QF's website, and emailing QFF.

3K flights, 6 MAR credited 8 APR, 9 MAR credited 11 APR, so each taking 33 days. Will have to wait until early May I guess for the 30 MAR flight on JQ.

Neither contributed to loyalty bonus count of status credits.

Somewhere recently I saw someone say that while it wasn't showing in the count, it still appeared to be taken into account behind the scenes. Or at least they were offered the bonus at the correct time, even though the web site wasn't showing the correct total.

I have a new record for my Jetstar points. Flew 17 December 2017 (SIN-DPS), credited points and SCs on 19 April 2018.

They are averaging well over a month, so I usually have a diary note set up to flag the 28 days, check if credited (usually not), and then do a claim.

But 4 months is ridiculous. First missing points claim in Jan on 20th. Follow up email Feb, ditto March and a final very frustrated one on 18th April. Ding a day later all fixed and a very standard email back with absolutely no apology.

Being Bali based and flying to Perth and to Europe via Singapore, I often use Jetstar (mainly for the lounge as QFF Gold & LTS). Probably 20 flights a year.

Not sure who is at fault (Qantas, Jetstar or both?).

Might just give up on them and book other airlines if they don't up their game, as this is getting to be a real hassle.

Another case in point - partner and I flew together on the same booking 2 weeks ago but miles have been credited to his EK account only 2 days after the flight while I'm still waiting for my QF points and status credits...

Its exactly 30 days since my outbound flight and no points posted yet. Put in a claim today for outbound and inbound.

Interesting. Was that 3K or QF flight numbers? I'm guessing 3K.

The 3K flights with QF flight number in February and April posted within a few days. The JQ flights are taking a lot longer for me.

Outbound flight points/SC have landed for Mrs AS and daughter...38 days later.

I submitted a missing points claim for myself to see if that sped things up a bit, but I have nothing yet. I should've just waited!
