Slow posting of QFF points and SCs after a JQ flight

Has anyone else had issues with JQ crediting points and status to QFFF accounts? All my flights are taking at least 28 days before they appear and in one case it was over 6 weeks. I am 30 status away from holding Platinum and I have that exact amount still waiting to be credited. I have a QF flight coming up before my membership resets although I know for a friend of mine, he missed out on going to the first class lounge due to the delay of crediting status. Other one world airlines are usually there within 3 days.
Exact happened to me long standing problem. I have 3 more JQ with the longest 5 weeks

92 days since my inbound flight and nothing.

It's been 28 days since I last submitted a claim and it shows as invalid on my points activity, so I phoned them.

I've been told that the flight is ineligible, which is false. It's a Starter Plus fare and my outbound flight was credited, so either someone over at JQ is an idiot, or they've got issues in their system. I'm guessing it's both.

Send QFF the itinerary and boarding pass if you still have it! Both will state the fare type.

May aswell screenshot the part about Starter Plus bundles giving QFF Points/Status from the JQ website and sending to QFF too with the BP/Ticket. It seems everything has to be spelled out to them :)

Yep, I just mailed the itinerary. Looking forward to waiting another 28 days.

I don't understand the logic of what's happening. Both Mrs AS and daughter were credited for both flights just fine.

I however put in a missing points claim, which is where this mess began.

Yep, or even better, link them to their own website rather than JQs: https://www.qantas.com/fflyer/dyn/f...-categories-for-flights-on-qantas-and-jetstar

Once you have a response with an SR number, call them and asked for it to be reassessed. They should be able to do this on the spot without needing another 28 days.

Late last year we flew to Bali with Jetstar, and we got the Qantas points 11 days later.

This year we flew to Bangkok, and 43 days later have still not received the Qantas points.

Since today was 31 days since we got back, I lodged a claim for missing points.
Regards,
Renato

My last few JQ flights have taken pretty much exactly 8 weeks to credit regardless of when I file the missing points claim. For example, today I just received my points and SCs for flights taken on 26 and 27 April.

A slight improvement on my last JQ flights, these ones took only 1 month instead of 8 weeks to credit:

I am happy that JQ was nice to you, but myself + 1 just flew a Paid JQ flight ( Plus Bundle) over the ditch three weeks ago, and claimed straight away via the QFF website.

The flight just posted as a classic award.

I was NOT Impressed at all, with no apologies from the QFF service centre - they just blamed Jetstar.
I received my missing points & SC, but not without two emails and three phone calls yesterday in order to rectify.
Domestic flights JQ flights are still taking for ever to post with flights flown in April, only Just posting this week.

This is almost the same as my experience. The QF person I spoke to blamed JQ.

Missing points now credited.

Probably should've just submitted the itinerary in the first place. The missing points form on the QF website should allow uploading a PDF.

I flew JQ811 BNE/SYD on 22May.
Just got credited yesterday 03July, a few days over the 28 days for partner airlines [after submitting missing points claim].

The outsourced, QFF service centre haven't got to grips with efficiency it seems.

I really hope QF evaluates its contract with TeleTeck in the near future.

My personal best just got beat:

JQ 0489 FLEXIBLE ECONOMY/ 09-MAY-2018 BRISBANE/NEWCASTLE -

9 full weeks! 63 days! This is getting ridiculous.

With that timeframe, I should receive status credits from 10th May flights very shortly. I agree, completely ridiculous

Advice I've received from Jetstar on twitter:
It may help to know that we have a system in place that sends out information to Qantas as soon as the passenger completed a Jetstar flight, and it’s up to Qantas to process the points and status credits to the passenger’s account.

Thanks – Mich

Sounds like the system is broken then...

Flew Jetstar 23 May, checked my QFF account today, 1000 points credited yesterday, description 23-May-2018.
No flight details, no status credits etc. Will sit out the six week waiting time and see what happens.

Credited yesterday for the 23 May Jetstar flight, only took 52 days.

1000 points credited 14 June ended up being bonus points for a
Qantas flight on the same day of the Jetstar flight .
Not sure why I got them.
