Slow posting of QFF points and SCs after a JQ flight

Mine took 12 calendar days to appear and that's with a points claim sometime in between.

I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks for a JQ CBR-MEL flight to credit to my QFF account. Are the gremlins back?
Yes,
I have put in a claim 40 days after a JQ flight

Yup. My JQ flights early Oct posted quickly. JQ flights later in Oct did not post until after I chased up missing points. Finally posted a day ago.

I flew JQ yesterday. Will report back when credited.
Did yours come through? I flew JQ on a Starter Plus bundle about 3 weeks ago now, similar time to you, and the flight still hasn't come into my QFF account.

The Qantas website says wait 14 days for partner airlines, so if it's been longer now do I need to make a missing points claim?

I did do a missing points claim but I don’t think that’s why it registered.
I’ll double check my account

EDIT: just checked. It was a successful missing points claim and that’s why they posted.

You may fill out the form and they will eventually look into it and credit your account. Alternatively you can call into QFF and request the status credit that way. Also, I wouldn't characterize JQ as a partner given QF wholly owns them. My understanding is if it's more than 3 days for a QF Group flight, you should assume it won't be credited and call in to expedite.

From the point of view of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, Jetstar is a partner airline.

Thanks, I'll put a claim in now for mine then.

Bit annoying they can't make this work automatically and we have to manually request it.

Specifically for me I booked a JQ Max flight on Webjet (got vouchers to use).

Decided to use the Missing points claim on Qantas after 3 days just in case. Credited about 10 days after the flight. A bit of a hassle but it is what happens sometimes with JQ flights.

For the most part, I'm finding a majority of my JQ flights crediting within a few days. There's still some gremlins in the system however and the issues I'm finding usually fall into one of the two following scenarios:

Scenario 1:

JQ flight doesn't credit within a few days so you lodge missing points claim. After waiting the 14 days, nothing happens so you call the FFSC. Usually a competent agent will be able to see that the claim was actually successful in the backend but got stuck so they will manually credit the points and SC on the spot, resolving the matter.

Scenario 2:

JQ flight doesn't credit within a few days so you lodge missing points claim. After waiting the 14 days, nothing happens so you call the FFSC. This time, they can also see the claim was successful in the backend but no matter what manual actions they try, they can't get the points and SC to credit. Apparently they've seen a few of these recently and it requires an escalation to their IT team which takes a number of weeks to resolve.

Had some issues with posting of QFF points as well in this month.
Three flights with JQ, none posted automatically.

First two flights have been credited 5 days after claiming manually, third flight was claimed just before X-Mas, so will most likely take a few more days.

I am up to 4 weeks since 3 x flights and 2 weeks since raising a claim and then reaching out to Qantas Ff Customer Service and still no crediting or response to me providing what they requested (copies of e-tickets)
FF year finishes in 3 days and I am this exact number of SC short of hitting platinum. Frustrating!

Flew JQ17 MEL-HKT on 1 December Business MAX - no points/SCs
lodged a claim a few days later - "will be processed by 19 December"
on 20 December - advice changed to "contact FFSC"
rang FFSC 27 December - "awaiting JQ to confirm, but you can send itinerary & boarding pass, and we will manually credit"
documents lodged 27 December and SCs/points in account 28 December

Flew 3K/JQ HKT-SIN-MEL on 11 December Business MAX
points and SCs in account on 13 December

Flew eligible 3K flights on 25, 29 and 30 Dec and on 2 Jan and all are yet to credit.

I am still trying to get flights from November 2022 to credit. Three claims through the automated system have been rejected - all saying we weren't on the manifest. However the return segment of the same itinerary credited just fine, and the issue has affected both of us on this particular flight. Makes me wonder if something is wrong with the whole manifest from that day? What's the best escalation method - I'd prefer not to wait on hold all day?
