Velocity to KF is instantaneous, so as soon as you find the flights move your points.

Will say its almost instantaneous as you also have to hold your breath and cross your fingers because its the longest 30 to 45 seconds of your life, holding your reward seats while waiting for the points to arrive in KF

I didn't take a snap but last week the reds on board my flight SIN-SYD were Cos D'Estournel 2006 and the Clonakilla O'Riada Shiraz. Can't remember the whites, but one french and one AU.

Actually I recall the menu had 2 Shiraz options listed and noted it would be either - I think the other was an Eden Valley Shiraz.

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster!

I have a couple of questions I was hoping I could get some answers for, mindful they are edge cases...

Context
My main FF program is Velocity and I transfer all my points over to Krisflyer for business upgrades/redemptions.

I'm looking at booking Flexi fares for my wife and I along with an infant under 2 to London with the intention of upgrading to a Business Saver fare once booked.

Q1
When upgrading will there be any extra fees/points because I'm upgrading with an infant?

Q2
Once this is booked, can I change my frequent flyer number associated with the booking from Krisflyer account back to my Velocity account so I can get the status credits?

Q3
Is availability on upgrades better than outright with Krisflyer?
