Isn't it 12 weeks from the date you hit the $5k spend target, not activation date?
Yep, it's 3 months from meeting the minimum spend.

Data point: Card approval tentatively 23/11/2017 (actually during 60,000 points promotion @ $279 pa), lots of faffing around (as I'm self-employed) till card received and activated 05/12/2017, $5000+ spend that day, 90,000(!) bonus points credited 23/3/2018 ie 15 weeks 3 days after spend reached (Edited to remove the hash I made of dates in my original post).Yep, it's 3 months from meeting the minimum spend.

Don't know how I made such a mess of dates and months.T&Cs are 12 weeks from when eligible spend is met, not 3 months. And 3 months is 13 weeks not 16. I would push for compensation or an annual fee refund
If your bonus points have not been awarded within the terms of the offer you should contact them and tell them they have breached the contract.
100% success rate. I've never lost a caseJust out of curiosity Dr Ralph, what has been your success rate when claiming breach of contract with card companies? If it's high and the compensation adequate, then it may not be a bad thing for them to go over by a week or two if it means extra bonuses and or lower annual fees. Just a thought.
100% success rate. I've never last a case
From 100% refund to 50% refund of annual fee. Plus additional bonus points in some cases.I think he is looking for a range of what type of bonus' you'd received from breaches in the past also Dr

This Call Centre must be contracted out to Citi based on their effectiveness.
Application lodged last week, but three calls to manilla this week and still no progress. "Please send (another) copy of ..."
And using the tracking system only returns a message that the application cannot be found.
Approvals need to be made by Sunday?
they were asking for a bank statement showing rental income and I was giving them one but it didn't satisfy their requirements. Rather than tell me that, they would just keep asking for the same thing.
My first statement is due next week. Hoping for the same resultI made the required spend a week after opening and the 90k bonus points have posted with the first statement.
