All my travel on QF is mostly Red E Deals = Discount whY SC earn(as l'm paying and can't afford J's).
And, l fly on average once a week (at least fortnightly) to mine sites here in W.A. Usually Skywest Charter Fokker 100's, Network Aviation, Skippers. No points either, nothing. At least you get *alliance points.
If l did a "dummy" SC add up of all my flights and used the QF table (FULL whY), l'd hit WP PG too, easy!

That's life l guess.

Unfortunately, the company I work for is cost based (given the disparity in price between Y & J though, it's not surprising). :shock:

My QF year ends 31/7, and I'll have a total of 1,010 QF status credits, all discount economy.
That would be 2,020 status credits if they had paid full Y fare, and 4,040 if paid J.

And it doesn't include another 58,800 miles flown in *A.

Anyone want to swap? ..please?....

That's a coincidence, almost. I also have 1010 SC, but lucky for me my year ends 30/9

Indeed, based on current bookings I'll be 15 SC short of Platinum on 13 Sep. Just need one more ADL-SYD flight, which should happen as I'm doing that twice weekly. But since I'm paying for my flights, probably no champagne, as I need to economise.
Maybe I'll hit the bubbly in the SYD J lounge.

They re-assessed me last week - 6 weeks left on my qualification year.... haven't received my new card as yet however.

I have just completed BNE-SIN-TPE in SQ WHY and I am absolutely dead sitting here in the CX TPE First Class lounge and still 4 flights to go with an overnighter planned for the SIN terminal tonight. Flight HKG-SIN has already been confirmed as 1 hour late which means I will not get into SIN until 12:45am tonight. I cannot for the life of me understand why I keep torturing myself.

I achieved PG in February (2100 points exactly). I nominated Mrs Aus ATC (obviously), but was surprised when her status reassessment changed. Before becoming PG, as an NB she had 130 SC due to expire 1 May 2010. After becoming PG, her status reassessment changed to 28 Feb 2011 (same as mine), but she kept the 130 status credits in the "current year". Her membership now shows she needs 470 to retain Gold by Feb 2011 - which she may even do in her own right.
