But back on the lounges, I have an idea for Syd....

Could erect some plasterboard walls in the carpark and convert those into a lounge ;)

But then again, MACsydneyBANK Airport probably crunched out the numbers that leaving them as carpark spots charging $15 per hour is much more profitable per square foot per annum, than leasing it to Qantas :D

PER is pretty damned until they actually make the airport bigger or make a better airport. I don't see either of those happening. I can't imagine how QF are going to even envisage (if this is even possible) a JL at PER. (If it's going to involve splitting the existing QP into two sections then that's crazy.)

I believe PER was mentioned of having the upgrade completed in 2010 in some advertising I saw a few months ago...
