Thanks. I'm reading your posts again. Getting chase card is way harder than Amex GT
Yes it's much harder and Chase cards are not that interesting in my opinion.

I really wanted to get WOH but the hoops that you need to jump aint worth it. I'll just get bonvoy as my second cardYes it's much harder and Chase cards are not that interesting in my opinion.
Which emaill do you use to send them an email? I can't login with my account last month. Gave up. Trying with new account. now can't even create an account. Even using VPNSent Starbucks an email and they gave me a case number, called today and explained the situation and they said they would look into why the loading of funds was an issue and then hours later advised my account is good to go. Loaded my account tonight no issues and now have a Starbucks balance.
The support team might not be that helpful, or they don't know. I faced similar problems.Which emaill do you use to send them an email? I can't login with my account last month. Gave up. Trying with new account. now can't even create an account. Even using VPN
Unless they can activate for you; you cannot activate the Ultra Paygo here in AUS and have enabled international roaming ultra paygo sim (purple)
I have just received the Ultra Paygo Sim via the method above. In the last step of activation, it asks to send a text GOGO and Zip code to 6700. This can’t be done. Any solution to activate and get a new phone number? TIAI got it via eBay (mint mobile; actually just Ultrago eBay store) and got it sent to my us mailbox. Can use PayPal and get it credited back as it's a US store. Although I would recommend you'd get some other stuff together as well (and consolidate it) before sending the card, it's not worth it otherwise.
I got the same offer but don’t want to upgrade as I don’t get 3 pts on dining and travelling on the Plat Charge, wondering if I can upgrade now, got the points and downgrade it back to the Green one.I prefer US Green as the bonus categories work better for my spend pattern.
when I log into Amex portal often offers to upgrade to Platinum with 75K points. I’m not interested in changing but looks like it’s easily possible.
I too hold the green card and the upgrade offer shows up. Tried upgrading but fails at a later stage, was told one needs to hold the card for atleast a year for product change.when I log into Amex portal often offers to upgrade to Platinum with 75K points
I mentioned later somewhere that there were issues with activating it here in Aus... No reception of Ultra here to get activated so I was unable to activate it (needs to be on US soil it appears); however, once you activate it you can enable international roaming and get it sent here.I have just received the Ultra Paygo Sim via the method above. This trick may require a friend's assistance.

So I applied for a Plat Charge and was approved on the spot. I have cancelled my Amex AU in the mean time and transferred MR points from AU to US. The process was seamless and took a week for the points to show up on US account. The ratio was roughly 0.76 US MR point per AU point. Overall happy with the transfer ratio. Taking advantage of the $200 travel credit for an impending travel on United. So net cost for the US Plat card would be $260 ($200 for United travel bank and $90 for Paypal) in my case, leaving aside the Uber/Saks credits. Top it up with 75000 bonus on new sign ups.
When did you get your first card approved (do you have a fico score now)?Just for a dp, ive applied my second amex using my US account and over the phone and got approved. They couldnt use my Aus address though. I had to give them Saratosa address. Does anyone know whether they will forward mails from fedEx ?
If they don’t after a week of delivery you can contact Amex and ask them to deliver to oZ . They should be able to identify you on the basis of your existing card .Just for a dp, ive applied my second amex using my US account and over the phone and got approved. I recently paid AF for my 1st card. Couldnt get FICO working. It asked me to put in a social security number. How do u bypass that? When did you get your first card approved (do you have a fico score now)?
I think you need the USPS form filled as well in order for them to accept mail and forward it... Depends on who you get as support will result in whether you can actually get Mail in your Mailbox or not.
From my experience and reports here after u have had US address listed for 6-8 months . You won’t need the ssn details anymore .I recently paid AF for my 1st card. Couldnt get FICO working. It asked me to put in a social security number. How do u bypass that?
