Best to update with all the banks first and wait to have it reflected in the credit reports. The address will be flagged when you apply for a new card. Since it's not on a database anywhere.

Hi all. Big spend coming up so took the bullet and applied Amex Biz Platinum, 20K spendrequirements. Now the card in the mail, hoping to receive any tips to maximise the credit or benefits within this month before end of the year. Please send me whatever tip/tricks to maximise it. Really appreciate your help as have no brain capacity to research atm due to things going on at my household. But don't want the benefits go to waste before the new year hit.

Just been reading on reddit that Wise has changed how some accounts are getting transfers into US accounts - Not sure of its all ACH transfers and certain banks but how I understand it Wise used to almost pre transfer the amount and then get it from your account but as always someone discovered a loophole and used checks to transfer money but then cancelled check immediately after transfer is initiated. More on reddit and I may not have it all correct
Enroll in all the benefits, select United & purchase 2*$100 in TravelBank if you have no better option, purchase something from Dell if you can & purchase a $50 Hilton gift card (requires physical delivery). They're the big ones.
Is there any way we can get an online version of the card as soon as we are approved? I applied and was approved a few days ago for the Biz Plat card but don't think I'll receive it in Australia this year as I have to wait 10 days before I can request them to ship it here.

Can always pay your taxes as surcharge is only 1.45% even for US amex cards

I got that option for Biz Gold but not this one. Not sure why. I could not wait either so pay for it myself to DHL to where I am - cost of doing business . Cant wait as the spending is urgent.

Not sure if it'd work for AU Dell — I imagine it won't trigger because the charge will be in AUD. Send to US address and resell. $200 every 6 months.

If you don't get an email offering to show your card number, you generally have to wait. If you can add it to your online account, you can check in account services — there's sometimes a button there to access your card number. You can also sometimes add it to your mobile phone wallet from the Amex app if you can add it to your online account.

It needs to go to a US address. There are some options, some better than others, but I would always use a shopping portal like rakuten for dell (I've had 12%+ back in MR points):
1. Resell in the US
2. Send to friend/relative for gift or pick up later
3. Send to BG
4. Send to random person and hopefully they don't return it and you will get the cashback portal from it

I wonder if anyone has used buyformeretail please, I am trying to use the $200 dell credit and not sure if this website is reliable at all. Dell does not seem to let me select deliver date or time so not sure if it meets the BFMR's requirement of business hour delivery.

BFMR are reliable, but they're one of the more annoying buying groups — reservations for good deals are hard to get (ie ones where you get paid back what it cost you to buy the item) & you have to submit your order number as well as your tracking number. But if you're just trying to liquidate the occasional Dell credit, they're fine and who I'd recommend.
Couriers will generally deliver in business hours, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.
BFMR make a profit by buying goods on heavy sale and reselling them for a margin, especially to countries with restricted access to electronics.
