I am a "she", as are a couple of posters here. I think you threw out a significant challenge when you broadbrushed males with your comments, in your first (opening) post about how males are significantly challenged by "strong" women. I am just curious why you think that such comments should not go unchallenged but simply ignored? I don't think you are the sort of person who likes being ignored? So as far as making any discussion here sexist, I think that started with your first post.

But I am going to say this - I am surprised that a Lawyer who specialises in Intellectual Property doesn't have perfect grammar. (neither do I btw, but I am not a Lawyer)

Stooping to abuse (even allegorically) is a clear manifestation of an absence of logic.

Intelligent people, by that I mean truly intelligent (not self-declared) ones, would know how up craft an argument (or two) in their favour without resorting to "wild dog" filth.

A friend suggested placing the jaw on an ants nest where once one ant got the taste of the flesh, the others would quickly follow suit and remove the flesh from the jaw.

He did that, and exactly what was predicted happened.

A lot like what has happened in this thread. A comment is passed and because someone does not like what is said, instead of ignoring the comment, they take a bite at the poster. This is followed by a pack mentality usually reserved for wild dogs where they get a taste for the meat / blood and nothing will stop them from then tearing away until their want is fulfilled

Are the people on this forum ants or wild dogs? And are you the shark? I'm confused, but entertained nonetheless.

I think this thread is brilliant. A little odd, but brilliant nonetheless.

For the record, I love intelligent, feisty and 'powerful' women. Just so long as they have a sense of humour to go with all that feistiness. I don't really mind if said woman drives an '88 corolla, just so long as I don't have to do a three week road trip in it. Would rather she drove a 70's Porsche though.

The only time I tear-up is watching sports underdog movies, or movies where the dog dies, so I wouldn't have a problem there.

I also like lawyers.

It's absolutely normal, unless it encroaches on your daily life over an extended period of time, and you or your friends notice a decline in your overall happiness.
