My plan is : when asked Dom or Krug reply I'm not sure, can I try a little sip of both - with an innocent look on my face (not easy) and a smile (easy). Then I'll take it from there.

Is The Private Room in Singapore good? with the flights I am planning from BNE it looks like we'll have 3-4 hours in Singapore before departure...

TPR is fabulous - 3-4hrs just perfect time to spend in there.

I had the lobster for breakfast coming back from SIN, I think quality is variable. But amply made up by service and Krug!
Everything taste better when served with Krug by a Singapore girl!

Well drron that will mean several newbies will beat you to it. I had a PM from a very excited AFFer and just like us she did not do a long cut into Sydney or Melbourne just for that extra Suites ride. It might make more sense if you live on the east coast rather than the west coast.
It was one Saver and one Standard Krisflyer miles redemption.

Yes the penny dropped for me a number of years back.

Abandoning QFF for KF as my preferred FF program has been one of my smarter decisions in life.

Anyone know if you get pj's on SQ 228 leaving MEL at 16:40. Travelling next week and its my first SQ R/F flight during the day. I am a big fan of wearing pj's no matter what time as it keeps my travel clothes tidy. Just need to know if I need to take my own?

Daytime flts in SQ Suites or Std F as rule no PJ's provided - o/n YES - but I was given PJ's on SQ 217 on Mar 17 dep 10:40 - go figure.

As I have posted here before I always BYO PJ's and take home unopened packs to old folks home for those that have nothing.

I did have a nap on the day flight to SIN from SYD.

PJ was provided without prompting.

Like CruiserElite, I always travel with BYO PJ.

I am back to this thread once again (even though I dislike reading those suite experiences you all get to enjoy). I flew CDG - SIN 5 days ago and whilst comfortable in the business class cabin, it was uncomfortable for 12hrs 05mins knowing that those downstairs in the suites were having a much opulent time next time I shall find a way to be in the Suites cabins, one day!

I am pretty sure if you ask they can provide you with some PJ's but to be safe, I'd put a t-shirt and PJ pants in your carry-on!

Not my first but my first day flight, my only previous experience was a few weeks ago but overnight so I elected to sleep.....all the way! I know ,I know "how could you" you say. Well I knew this one was in the day time, so I fully road tested the bed last time and this time it will be seat and service road test. I will board early and make my pj request known immediately incase they don't have any.
Just out of interest I'm flying April fools day! Any other really stupid requests I could make that they might actually be able to fulfill?

I clarified the PJ query onboard today - any flight over 7hrs then you will be provided Sleeper Suit (PJ's). Any overnight flt also gets PJ's - ie PVG-SIN ~5.5hrs then you will get PJ's - hope that helps.
