currently in TPR after coming up on old 777. just the 2 of us and about 4 staff. Champagne has changed to Charles Heidsieck(?) 2005. Bit disappointed as I'd promised the missus VC LGD. c'est la vie.

wanton mee had an unexpected chilli/ seafood kick. Unfortunately got to head across to T2 for our BKK flight so just a short visit.

Damn, I look forward to the LGD. Hopefully it's back soon.

Yes indeed out with VCLGD and in with both Charles Heidsieck and Piper Heidsieck:

I just had to sample both - both really good - could easily attack a bottle of either with gay abandon.

But which is better, CE?!
I like blondes - infinity loves redheads - IMHO - line ball - very little difference - both are excellent Champagnes - haven't even had time to price them online so no idea of cost - but may never drink either again outside TPR so would be more than happy with either - would not try to split them.

I'm sick of VCLGD about time the TPR picked up its game and offered something new.

Will try in 5 weeks.

Such poor service keeping VCLGD on for so long...............

On my recent QF F flight, the FA was very keen to show me the champagne they had...as a non champagne drinker, VCLGD meant nothing to me as he poured me a glass:shock:....he came back to refill my glass later, and I think I fell asleep before I finished it:oops:...just googled to see the price per bottle...oops ~$200! Should have finished the 2nd glass, and asked for another....

I'll be on my first suites flight in 4 weeks.

Trying to work out the best option when I get to SG as I'm staying overnight then onwards to NRT.

I would like to have some dinner at the TPR before heading to my hotel, but need to pick up my luggage as I'll have some gifts for friends that I can't take with carry on.

What's my best option? Would they deem my luggage as unclaimed if I head to the TPR and then come back to pick it up 1-1.5 hours later?

Jeffrey will not be a problem to just leave your luggage for a couple hours then go collect it later - uncollected luggage is stored by staff until collected - I have left it overnight and collected next morn. If you are concerned at all go straight to TPR and ask the staff at entrance to call down to baggage area and explain you will collect your luggage a little later - SQ staff will do anything to accommodate F pax.

Perfecto :)

Twas a little disappointed that LGD has left the building, but i suppose life is about trying new things so let the champagne taste testing begin...with a first time try of blue label too.

I have SQ 368 from SIN to MXP in F on 20/6/15.

What's the chance of a 777WN?

I wish twas A388 but poor man's 777

WN???, now that's my question
Sorry digger I was just being a smart cough cause you asked a question re F in Suites thread - but to answer your best bet is call KF and asked what metal is scheduled for that sector on that Faye - they will know and barring a sub you will also know.
