Re: Sydney Trivia Nights (next Wed 29 July)

The night got off to a tough start, "name 5 countries whose name includes only one vowel, and which appears at least three times",
Love these sorts of questions.

Re: Sydney Trivia Nights (next Wed 29 July)

True. And so does Panama, Canada, Morocco and Greece.

Another question from Wednesday that you would have liked then - name the 5 US states that end in 'S'. We got all of those. Problem is that the trivia is not a geography quiz otherwise we might do rather well. There are so many questions on obscure (to most of us) popular music from the 1990s onwards. If anyone good at that stuff could come to the next event we might be heading northwards rather than floundering in the relegation zone.

I have been to trivia where there are 3-4 music questions mixed in with general knowledge trivia. I have also been to trivia where a whole round is dedicated to music questions. I lose interest real quick.

You need either my wife, brother-in-law or most likely my brother on your team.

Re: Sydney Trivia Nights (next Wed 29 July)

Any thoughts about trivia on the 4th or 11th of November?

Re: Sydney Trivia Nights (11 November 2015)

Okay, title has been updated to 11th November, as I have no idea if anybody booked for tonight (as it's still Wed in BNE)

So I presume that nobody organised a table for Wednesday 11th...is there a next date for the thread heading?

Is there a trivia night in the next 7 days? I'll be in SYD as from tomorrow and would like to meet up, except for 15 Dec when I will be at Bennelong eating dinner.

I may or may not have a dinner on that night but would be interested if free.

Yay!! I can make it on the 16th as well! :D If it's not trivia, happy to meet up for dinner somewhere instead?
