The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

I have upcoming bookings, ticketed by QF (AU domestic), one by AY (intra-Europe, AY flight numbers) and one by JL (AU-JP-EU, JL numbers). The QF bookings show nicely on the mobile app and website (under my QFF profile), the AY shows on the app (but not on web), but I can't even add the JL booking into the app (let alone they'd be there automagically).

Is there a kitchen door somewhere to add also the JL ticket to the app, please? I'd like to see all my upcoming flights in one place. JL has my QFF number and they cleverly picked up my diets to the booking outright - that's more than enough confirmation to me that JL did talk to QFF during the booking process.
A bizarre thing is that QF very obligingly showed a recent domestic VA flight both on the app and web (out with VA, return on QF on the same ticket) but they can't show an OW partner ticket... [insert facepalm]
 
Back in 2018 when I flew MH in SE Asia in Z Business Class I earned 30sc for SIN-KUL and 60sc for KUL-BKK with the latter having had a long term discussion.
In spirit of status runs, I am considering the SE Asia area for travel later in the year. Checking the SC calculator the values now come up as 15 and 30. Have the values actually been changed?
The Jetstar schedules for later in the year haven't been finalized (I hope) which if the MH earn is correct might actually mean they would be cost effective.
Maybe I should give up wandering?

Long time lurker... Has anyone had a delay in their status year resetting (by a month?)

My status year ended February, and my status credits didn't reset on 1 March. Come 1 April, they're finally reset my SC balance, but not rolled over any of the SC's I earned last year (I was sitting on about 1100 - so was expecting a few hundred to roll over). I also noticed that my points club earn was also reset from 1 April, so all the flying and points earned in March aren't showing... I'm loathe to call QF because the last time I did it it took 6 calls to get my status balance sorted. Is anyone else in the same boat?

I’ve just seen a similar post on Facebook, I think not you as the number of sc was different, so you’re not the only one.

Thanks for flagging, I hadn't realised it had broken. The API is still public but they've made some significant changes. I will try to get the sheet fixed over the next couple of days.

oh, the services.unique.qantas link no longer works for me and on the calculator page, it doesn't appear in inspect/network/xhr. seems to have been replaced with some script
 
Not sure if anyone else still has this issue, but couple months down the track and I still have one glitch - the loyalty bonus count is still missing SC earned from award flights (points club member). They were included after the flights were flown but disappeared after that SC issue started couple months ago. Very annoying as I'll need the award SC to get to 500 for the 50 SC bonus....
 
Does anyone know what the deal is with the points club? I am supposed to have 2 lounge invitations from it, but on the invitations page it only has some information about joining qantas club.
 
I'm being plagued with "Expiring soon - Your complimentary Qantas Club Lounge Invitations" e.mails. They turn up every day. Has anyone any experience with stopping these?
I've been intending to give them away before they expire but I don't need a daily reminder from Qantas!
BTW does anyone want a lounge pass? I've no use for them.
 
Anyone able to register for an upgrade using points? I'm trying to put in for a Z upgrade on a MEL-LAX flight, but it keeps saying 'We're experiencing some problems'...
